But if, for some reason, you are not completely satisfied, please notify me via email within 48 hours after you've received your bracelet. I accept returns for a full refund (excluding shipping cost and fees related to the transaction) of unworn, undamaged items within 7 days of purchase.

Return shipping has to be paid for by you. I cannot be responsible if an item is lost when shipped uninsured or damaged.

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact me immediately so that we can arrange replacement of your order. I reserve the right to inspect the item to determine the cause of the damage and will not be able to take responsibility for "careless use" of an item. Claims submitted later than within 2 days of receipt of an order will not be replaced - please make sure you contact me immediately after receipt of merchandise.

Care Instructions:

To ensure the longest life for your bracelet, proper care is essential. Leather that gets wet will get soft and can crack. Please take your bracelet off for showering, exercising and other activities where it may get sweaty or wet. Use leather oil occasionally to condition the leather.
